Derrick Rose Has A Time And Place To Dance...
LeBron James has spent a majority of his career dancing…and it didn’t stop at the All-Star game. Bulls guard Derrick Rose doesn’t believe in dancing on a basketball court. “I can dance,” he said. “But there’s a time and place for that and I don’t think it was right, then and there…You just know that’s me, man. If you would have saw me out there dancing, you would have been looking at me different. I’m just me. I can’t be anybody else. I think that’s what people see.”
Tim Tebow and Taylor Swift Confirmed Dating
America’s sweetheart Taylor Swift and the world’s most famous quarterback Tim Tebow were spotted on a date the other night in Los Angeles — Now comes word from a rock solid source who confirms to us they are in fact dating. We’re being told the two were set up by mutual friends thru the William Morris agency, who coincidentally, Tim just signed with — It wouldn’t surprise me at all if paparazzi starting camping out in front of Churches on Sunday morning
Snooki Might Really Be Pregnant
Though she recently denied rumors, the New York Post is reporting that Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is pregnant. Guess we know what the next season of Jersey Shore will entail.
According to the Post, the 24-year-old reality star is about three months pregnant, and the father is her boyfriend, Jionni LaValle. Though Snooki denied her pregnancy after earlier reports, she's reportedly brokered a deal with Us Weekly to announce the news.
There's no word yet on how this could affect filming of her new reality show with Jersey Shore co-star Jenni "JWoww" Farley, which just began production in Jersey City, NJ. As a source told the Post, "MTV went into crisis mode after they found out. They’re trying to hide it because it would greatly affect the creative direction of the show."
J. Cole's Hometown Of Fayetteville, N.C. Honors Him With His Own Holiday
J. Cole might not have bagged the Best New Artist award at this year's Grammys, but hey, all's clearly not lost for the gifted rapper-producer. He just dropped an ill new track in "Grew Up Fast" and, oh right, he has his own holiday/celebration in his hometown in Fayetteville, N.C. The three-day event is called Dreamville Weekend and it will run this Thursday, March 1 through Saturday, March 3.
It includes speaking events, parties, and a special concert called the "Dollar And A Dream Show." If you're in the area, head to the Fillmore Charlotte this Saturday at 9 p.m. to catch Cole's performance. It's for a good cause, too, as a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Cumberland Community Foundation.
Giants open 2012 on a Wednesday night
The NFL has announced that the Giants will open the 2012 season on Wednesday, Sept. 5 at home.
The opponent has yet to be announced, but a logical guess is possibly the Green Bay Packers. The opener is being held on a Wednesday to avoid conflict with President Obama’s Thursday night speech at the Democratic National Convention, according to an NFL spokesperson.
So, are you guys ready for some Wednesday Night Football and who do you want as the Giants' season-opening opponent?

Juan Montoya Crashes Into Safety Truck! Jet Fuel Everywhere! 2012 Daytona 500
After a 36-hour delay and what felt like 36 caution flags, Matt Kenseth was finally declared the winner of the 2012 Daytona 500 after he held off the feisty Dale Earnhardt, Jr., but nobody really cares about that, because DID YOU SEE THAT CRASH??? Juan Pablo Montoya inexplicably slammed into a track dryer truck, which is, of course, just a giant jet engine. So Montoya’s crash led to quite the toasty bonfire. Thankfully, neither Montoya nor the driver of the truck were severely harmed.
AMC’S ‘THE WALKING DEAD’ CASTS ITS SIGNATURE VILLAIN, THE GOVERNOR
There’s been a lot of speculation about who would be cast in the role of The Governor. Tom Savini — who was the best make-up effects artists of the 70s and 80s, and is basically responsible for creating the look and feel of zombies (he did the effects for Romero’s zombie flicks) — lobbied hard for the role. However, he was told that the network was trying to land John Hawkes (Winter’s Bone), who probably would’ve been the best choice imaginable. The guy plays creepy better than anyone in Hollywood right now. However, Hawkins declined, so — according to Deadline — AMC moved on and last week cast British actor David Morrissey. Is he good? Yes, he is a good actor; I know him best from The Red Riding trilogy, an episode of “Doctor Who,” and most famously, the British mini-series, State of Play. Is he ideal for the role? That I don’t know. While I like Morrissey, I am a little disappointed that AMC didn’t find a more recognizable actor for one of the signature roles of the series. He’s apparently a very nasty character, but AMC is cheap. They see no reason to splurge since they basically have the highest-rated drama on cable already. At least we can probably expect better range from Morrissey over any of the existing talent.
Apple Announces iPad 3 Event For March 7th In San Francisco
It’s here! The long awaited iPad 3 Event has finally been announced. Apple just sent out invites to a special event that will take place at 10:00am on Wednesday, March 7th, 2012 at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco. The tagline on the event invite reads “We have something you really have to see. And touch.” Apple is expected to announce the iPad 3 that will have a better processor, improved graphics, and a new Retina Display.
Also rumored to be unveiled at the event is a new Apple TV that might be 1080p capable. CNBC tweeted earlier this morning that the iPad 3 will have a quad-core processor, but they also claimed the event will take place in New York City (which was proven false minutes later), so it’s doubtful that their information is accurate.
One curious thing about the announcement of the event is that it invites were sent out as Google’s Eric Schmidt took the stage for his keynote at Mobile World Conference. Coincidence? Or was Apple distracting the world while Android was trying to gain the spotlight?
Rapper Bizarre Leaves D12 Citing "Creative Differences." Squashes Rumors He's Joining Odd Future
Maybe the most recognized member of D12 outside of Eminem has left the group.
Bizarre announced on Monday [February 27] that he was leaving the crew because of creative differences and would be starting his own group.
"Yeah, I’m not in D12 no more. We just had creative differences and decided to go our separate ways – well I decided to go my separate way. It’s a personal decision on my part. I think I’ve just grown as an artist and it’s time for me to branch off on my brand," the animated rapper told HipHopDX.
Bizarre also put rumors to rest that he was joining Odd Future
"And nah, I’m not in Odd Future. I got my own crew called The Weirdo Movement. But shout out to Odd Future though," he said.
With Bizarre's departure D12 now consists of five members - Eminem, Kon Artist/Mr. Porter, Kuniva, Swifty McVeigh and Fuzz Scoota.

Best Friends? Common & Drake Hang Out At The NBA All-Star Game
Common and Drake might have been involved in the most over hyped "beef" in hip hop history. Sure there were a couple of shots fired, but fans didn't get the chance to see who was the better MC because things were squashed almost as soon as they started.
Check out the two rappers hanging out together at this past weekend's NBA All-Star festivities in Orlando, Florida.

Karma Meet T.O. Terrell Owens Losing 2 Dallas Condos To Foreclosure Despite Having Earned $80 Million Playing In The NFL
Terrell Owens is one of the best wide receivers the NFL has ever seen. He's also been a cancer on just about every team he's played for. For that reason alone he's now playing for the Allen Wranglers of the Indoor Football League instead of one of the 32 NFL franchises.
To make matters worse, he's about to lose two Dallas condominiums to foreclosure despite having made at least $80 million during his playing days in the NFL.
The Huffington Post is reporting that Owens is delinquent on a $360,000 loan from JPMorgan Chase for one condo, and on a $295,920 loan from Deutsche Bank on the second one. Both condos, a couple of blocks apart will go up for auction March 6.
Owens fortune has been lost due to bad investments and high child support payments according to the article.
As for the good news, Owens scored three touchdowns in his debut for the Wranglers over the weekend.
Dell Says It's No Longer A PC Company, Shifting To The Enterprise Market
In a big change for Dell and the larger PC landscape, the venerable computer manufacturer says it will transition away from its role as primarily a maker of consumer PCs. Indeed, the president of the company's enterprise division says Dell has already changed the way it thinks about itself.
"We're no longer a PC company, we're an IT company," Brad Anderson said at a conference today according to PC Pro. "It's no longer about shiny boxes, it's about IT solutions."
Dell grew to become a powerful force in the PC industry in the '90s and early 2000s by making low cost, unfussy computers that customers could pre-configure by going on the company's website.
As consumer PC sales have shrunken however, the company has become increasingly focused on catering to business customers— an arena that brought in 50 percent of the company's operating income last quarter. Overall, Dell's profits fell 18 percent in the last quarter of 2011.
Last year, HP considered selling off its PC business entirely before ultimately deciding to stick things out.

Jay-Z "Deeply Disappointed" In Rihanna For Getting Close To Chris Brown Again. Worries It Sends A Bad Message To Her Young Female Fans
When Rihanna made the decision to get cozy with Chris Brown again she probably knew there would be some backlash from the media, fans and her mentor Jay-Z. Turns out she was right in all three cases--especially Jay-Z's.
RadarOnline is reporting that the man responsible for signing Rihanna to Def Jam Records at the start of her career is "deeply disappointed" in her decision to let Brown back into her life.
"Jay was absolutely disgusted by what Chris did to Rihanna. Jay doesn't understand how a man could ever lay hands on a woman; it just goes against who he is and about," a source told Radaronline. "Chris is absolutely dead to Jay, he wants nothing to do with him ever. Now that Rihanna is hooking up with Chris and recording songs with him, Jay is deeply disappointed in her actions. He can't fathom why Rihanna is doing the things she is doing. He understands the need for forgiveness, but he is adamant that Rihanna shouldn't forget what Chris did to her. Jay wonders what kind of message this is sending to Rihanna's young female fans. Rihanna knows how Jay feels about Chris, but she doesn't care, she is going to do what she wants."

Chris Brown Accused Of Stealing Fan's Phone
Chris Brown's temper might be landing him in trouble once again. TMZ has confirmed with the Miami Police Department that a 24-year-old woman has filed a report claiming that Chris Brown stole her phone. According to the report, she followed Chris and Tyga out of a club and snapped a picture of Chris getting into his Bentley. Chris allegedly yelled, "Bitch, you're not gonna put that on the Internet" before grabbing the girl's phone through his window and driving off.
No arrests have been made, but if Chris ends up getting charged for this, it would most likely be a violation of his probation for assaulting Rihanna and could get him locked up

Grandma Sees Porn For The First Time At Best Buy, Files Complaint
In a hilarious tragic mishap, a Best Buy in South Carolina is in hot water after a "hardcore porn" scene was displayed on one of its televisions for several minutes. Local resident Gloria Berg was there with her son and grandchildren, and the whole thing left her positively scandalized.
"It was an extremely, extremely pornographic image," Berg told her CBS affiliate. "I think even the word 'pornographic' doesn't cover it. I have never watched pornography, so I don't know what else you can see there, but to me, I really felt extremely violated."
Management at the store say the porn was placed on the screen by "hackers" (read: bored teenagers) who took advantage of the TV's wifi connectivity feature. Though the store has apologized, Mrs. Berg still filed a complaint with the police department alleging wrongful "dissemination of pornographic material."
An investigator has not yet been assigned.
